Overview

Homestead stations are account-wide production tools. Most run queued jobs in parallel with your character's active gathering, crafting, or combat session. Build around your current bottleneck: farming sustain, cooking ingredients, smelting capacity, or equipment quality.

Seed Maker

The farming sustain station. It turns one harvested crop into two to four matching seeds in 60 seconds, with a 0.5% chance to add a Strawberry Seed. Use it to reduce repeated seed purchases and turn crop surplus into future planting cycles.

Charcoal Kiln

The fuel station. It turns one log into one Charcoal or one spare plank into two Charcoal in 45 seconds. Charcoal fuels smelting, so the Kiln connects Woodcutting surplus to metal production and helps preserve Coal.

Compost Bin

The crop-speed and fishing-support station. One crop becomes three Compost and five Earthworms; one mushroom becomes two Mycelium Compost and five Earthworms. Both compost types shorten crop timers, while Earthworms are consumed by fishing activities.

Preserves Jar

The farming value station. It converts five matching vegetables, fruit, or mushrooms into one item-specific preserve or jam in five minutes. Use it for surplus you do not need for planting, quests, or cooking; the finished item has a higher Merchant value than its ingredients.

Windmill

The background cooking-input station. It mills Wheat into Flour and presses common crop Seeds into Vegetable Oil. Windmill jobs use the normal recipe inputs and outputs but take twelve times the manual recipe duration, trading speed for production that runs beside your active character session.

Furnace

The background smelting station. It processes Copper, Iron, Gold, and Mithril Bar recipes using their normal ore, bar, and fuel requirements. Furnace jobs take six times the manual recipe duration, making the station a capacity tool rather than the fastest way to gain bars.

Reforging Anvil

The late-game item-quality and silver sink. It spends silver for a chance to move eligible weapons, shields, equipment, tools, and accessories up by one quality tier. Failed rolls keep the item at its current quality, and Masterpiece items cannot be reforged.

Build Order

  • Build the Seed Maker early if seeds are constraining farm uptime.
  • Build the Charcoal Kiln when fuel limits Smelting or spare wood is accumulating.
  • Build the Compost Bin when faster crops and a steady Earthworm supply matter.
  • Build the Preserves Jar when farm or mushroom surplus is ready to become Merchant value.
  • Build the Windmill or Furnace when extra background capacity matters more than processing speed.
  • Build the Reforging Anvil only when its high construction cost and repeated silver spend fit your progression.
