Travel Times

Base travel times before your Agility reduction. This table is generated from the same route graph used by the Map, so path and timing changes update this guide automatically.

How Routes Work

Select a destination on the Map to preview the journey. The game automatically chooses the quickest available combination of ground and water paths and highlights that route before you travel. A journey may pass through other locations or harbour transit points without making you stop there.

  • Ground and water paths belong to the same connected travel network.
  • Water paths move faster than ground paths but include a 20-minute harbour overhead.
  • The final base duration is rounded to the nearest 20 minutes, with a minimum of 20 minutes.
  • Use Show Locations and Show Routes on the Map to simplify the view without changing the available network.

Agility And Rewards

Each Agility level reduces travel time by 0.2%, up to 10%. The table shows base times, so your live timer may be shorter.

Arriving grants Agility XP. The base reward starts at 20 XP per base travel minute, then scales with the destination tier and any active XP bonuses.

Starting And Cancelling

  • The Map and travel unlock at Total Level 25.
  • Starting a journey collects completed progress from your active gathering, crafting, or combat session.
  • An overloaded Inventory must be resolved before you can start travelling.
  • Cancelling returns you to the journey's origin and does not grant the arrival reward.
  • You cannot start another character activity until the journey finishes or is cancelled.
